A sorghum flour roux with plenty of Creole trinity, extra garlic, roasted organic chicken breast, smoked turkey sausage, and house-made chicken bone broth. Finished with a dash of sea salt, a sprinkle of Creole seasoning mix, and some freshly cracked black pepper. Served in a glass quart jar.
