Broccoli & "Cheese" Soup

Sautéed onions, leeks and garlic cooked with house-made veggie broth, fresh broccoli florets, baby spinach, and nutritional yeast. Puréed with more raw spinach, broccoli, our house-made cashew cream, and finished with a dash of tahini and sea salt.
